Absence from work certificates can be provided by our qualified pharmacists, for those who need a certificate for proof of a legitimate absence from work.

Pharmacists are able to provide absence for work certificates for:

• Absences from work due to illness or injury (personal leave)

• Absences due to illness or injury to a member of the employee's immediately family or household (carer's leave). Please note that the ill/injured person must be present at the appointment

Consultations are conducted in a private clinic room, at a cost of $29.95. Please note that a certificate is not guaranteed. Walk in's accepted.
